New approaches in tool path optimization of CNC punching machine by simulated annealing
Many researches have shown that tool-path time accounted for an average of 70% of the total production time in sheet metal punching. In this paper, the authours present simple but efficient approach to determine the optimun sequence in CNC punching manufacturing. The simulated annealing and dynamic programming are used to solve this problem.
