The main focus of this paper are prosess parameters in powder mixed electrical discharge machining (PMEDM) have been optimized by Topsis method. Material removal rate (MRR), surface roughness (SR) and micro-hardness of machined surface (HV) in electrical discharge machining with powder mixed into fluid dielectric of die-steels were optimized simultaneously by Taguchi - Topsis method.
