In this paper, the effects of mass flow rate and temperature on innovative cooling system of a motorcycle using rectangular minichannel heat exchanger were investigated by simulation and experiment. The size of the minichannel heat exchanger is reduced by 20%, made it easier to manufacture, and cut down its cost by approximately 40% compared to the original cooling system.
