A MONOLITHIC FLEXURAL-BASED PROSTHETIC FOOT FOR AMPUTEE
A new type of compliant prosthetic ankle-foot for amputee is developed. While current elastic energy storage and return feet have been widely commercialized, those designs still haven’t fully taken advantage of compliant mechanisms.
