In this paper, the effects of mass flow rate on heat transfer behaviours for two phase flow in rectangular microchannels were investigated by numerical simulation and experiments. The optimal approach for searching the best value of mass flow rate was studied. It was indicated that the rectangular microchannel heat sink with the mass flow rate of G = 0.4 g/s is the best choice for designing (Based on the fixed parameters as mentioned above)...
