Researching and Applying the line balancing methods in optimizing automobile assembly lines

In operations research, it is really necessary to organize and arrange works including workers and machines into stations so that this combination is reasonable and assure the delivery time, quality and cost. This activity is know as line balancing - which is a regular work which is usually carried out by industrial engineers in the assembly companies and factories with the aim of improving the productivity and reducing production cost as least as possible.
