Desing and manufacturing developing a vegetables sterilized machine using cold plasma technology

Fresh vegetables are so important for our health. In Viet Nam, it brings big income source from the export. However, the way conventional sterilization are preservation are not clean and green dua to using chemical method. Therefore vegetables sterilized with chemical methods can not keep long time, negotive effect to our heath and special can not export. Want to contribute to protecting people‟s health and meet export requirements.We research and show the best way to technology, economy environment and morality. This applies a cold plasma technology to sterilized vegetables. In this study, the green technology, plasma atmosphere pressure was used to sterilized vegetables
